A burst of emotional articulation
May 21, 2009Warning: This post is certified to contain mostly incoherent and emotional articulation…
Those who are on my facebook or twitter would probably see a mass of thoughts and tweets that seemed to resonate uncertainty and a incoherent thoughts and reflections.
Probably the stress is getting to me, but then again, how stressful can I guy in conscription be?
I seem to be actually busier than when I was in school. As much as that is unbelievable, I find myself missing studies and the carefree life then. Stepping out of the created peaceful world we all like to call “education”, it seems that suddenly there are so many things that demand your attention.
Furthermore, with the nation setting 5 day work week as a standard, it doesn’t seem to make sense being on a 9 day work week and being on call 24hrs/7days/365days with no holidays (even public ones), with no weekends, no nights out. Then adding on to that, there are other work related worries I can’t even share or say.
Aside from that, there is the constant handling computer issues at home, web design issues, programming bugs, deadlines, payments, thinking about what to do when conscription is over, forming backup plans, and the list goes on.
With the future in a mist and constant worry, I find myself praying so often that it feels so weird. For now, I am just glad that with so much incoherent/incongruent thoughts swirling in my mind, I did manage to finish most of my work I set out to do this month.
